Why do I want to be a moderator:
I want to be a moderator so I could be helpful to the community on a even higher level than I was so far. Also I want to remove that feeling from newcomers that they aren't getting help when needed, which is one of the most important part for having active and supportive community

Why should you accept me as a moderator:
First of all, I never act only on my common sense or feelings, to me rules, proofs and facts always come first. Also I am highly active and a dedicated Minecraft player, and seeing as there are little to sometimes even none of the moderators online when I'm playing, I believe I could turn out to be a good addition to the server.

Three things that I think are needed to make a good server:
1. Good and hardworking server staff.
2. Active and supportive community.
3. Originality

Additional information:
I believe as a player that I could make a difference on the server. I am already working on a project for the server since the day I joined. I also have the experience as a moderator because I used to an admin on another minecraft server (I don't want to advertise, but if needed I'll send the link to their website through PM).
Hopefully as a moderator I'll be able to make people stay on the server and play here for fun and to take their minds away from real life problems which we all have of some sort. In the end, even if I'm not accepted as a moderator I will try my best to luckily sometime in the future earn the right to be one.

PS. I've honestly been playing minecraft quite heavily, over 6h+ daily...but saw ya only once Zavarin.

It' not that you're doing something worng, or anyone else from the staff, but the problem is when a newcomer comes to the server for the first time, and sees a server with normal members and no mods/admins on.
He'll have a few questions about the server like is this pvp, is it 24/7 who's the owner blah-blah...

And since they aren't getting their answers, around 70% of them just leaves the server through next 10minutes. And another 20% leaves during next few days.
So here (as well as on any other server) only somewhere near 10% of the newcomers stay on the server and settle here for at least some longer duration. (Few weeks maybe even months)

I want to break that feeling, and try to increase the total % of the people that stay on the server for longer durations. Make them get that feeling that they are wanted here, to do great things for themselves and others.

And even if I manage to get only one player to stay with the server to the end, I'll feel like I've made a difference, since those are the ones that count the most. Those kind of people are the ones that a good server needs to exist and prosper for the future.
