| We have come to the point where we have to make a decision. I have come to the conclusion that Jobs is what is lagging the server and the only way to fix it is to get rid of it and get a new moneymaking plugin. I will leave that decision up to the Community and the poll will only run for 1 week since the lag is getting terrible. | |

| I'm up for anything, if we have to remove jobs, do it, jobs is already dead (too soon?) And it would be fun to do quests | |

| I personally liked the jobs very much, and quests CAN sometimes be somewhat chaotic, and unpersonal cuz everyone has the same quests probably.
I'll vote for jobs, but I respect the quests idea, and I'll try to do my best to work with it if it's decided to become that plugin.

| If and when we switch to quests we are going to need some people to help come up with quests and somehow connect a bunch into a whole story type as an ultimate goal.
Here are the Requirements -You must have Notepad++ application -Knowledge of the YAML syntax and rules(Most Important) -Be creative -Must know how to set up and run a bukkit server with the LDQuest Plugin so you can test the Quest before sending it in
**YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A STAFF MEMBER TO HELP WITH THIS**
Hope to see your creativity on these...if you want to help comment and ill send you the plugin and sample quest file

| I vote for jobs.
first of all, one plugin is not likely to lag entire server, if it does, its either not running on reccommended bukkit version or is installed incorrectly. For what i care, there could be both, but until quests hasnt proven themselves to be worthy, i wouldnt get rid of jobs.

| If you need help I'll be here. I've already set up a bukkit servers many times, got 1 standing ready, just need the files (unless u want me to get the plugin myself ). I'd like a sample file though. Still I'd vote for jobs more, but I'll do my best to make quests succesful. | |

| I think take out everything, until it can be successfully implaced without a laggy concequence. In the mean time, you could use a universal pawn shop thingy where everyone can sell items they have found/made for a fixed price, and also buy items at a fixed price. Also, cities should get a certain amount of money every period of time, for the upkeep, and when jobs come back, taxes too. | |

| Actually, cities need to pay upkeep out of their city bank, 10 dollars a TOWNY-day, as nations need 100 per towny-day.
For the taxes, I been thinkin makin them for my town, but decided not to, as probably as the other town owners did.

| Well it turns out we dont need to get rid of jobs. We found the problem was the VPS' processor since its only 2 cores and Hesse said that he is fine with hosting again whenever we decide to switch back... If we want quests are still an option to have | |

| I personally vote for Quests IF AND ONLY IF someone writes a detailed FAQ of how to create the quests so that everyone who would have the creativity and inspiration to make one would be able to create one without fear of complexity or difficulty. I'm just afraid once we switch there'd be barely any quests since no one would really like making them or anything like that...
I honestly can say that I would enjoy being able to design quests depending on how well someone teaches me, since I really don't know too much about the coding used for mods and stuff in minecraft
